I switch between vim and textmate. My favorite textmate/vim feature is column select - in vim, its ctrl+v (http://sethmason.com/2007/09/27/vim-tip-select-column.html) in textmate it's option+click.

Also, fwiw, Macvim may help retain vim usage.
