A co-worker created a website for a charity and got some free Azure budget for it that would have been plenty for a year. After half a year, though, it was gone because something innocuous that he'd accidentally activated ate up all his budget.

Sorry I don't have more detailed data than that, but it certainly alerted me to the fact that you need to be really careful with these cloud services.
