Could people familiar with the "Cost Management and Billing" functionality on both Azure and AWS, share here relevant coherent thoughts (i.e., mini-review) on feature comparison, pros/cons, etc. for these two platforms? I'm especially interested in this from the perspective of a multi-tenant SaaS provider/vendor.
