There's tons of discussion(indie hackers) around getting an app up and getting some income rolling in, but I never see talk about how you set yourself up legally. Are you all just taking your payments to your personal checking account? Is LLC the more popular route? Are you incorporating and setting up a company structure? Which one lends itself to an easy acquisition?
