When using a PIA address, the owner is anon and private, not public. Sweeney’s workaround is (likely) to spot a (rare) ICAO plane resembling Musk’s & noting the private code." It seems like the location of Elon Musk's jet isn't actually public information and requires some sleuthing to figure out. Does this change the context around the ban?

Elon Musk is a DoD contractor. We are at proxy war with Russia. It should have been private long ago.
