Two takeaways: approaching the issue conceptually and theoretically through propaganda (instead of m-/disinformation, etc.), and considering different source models for analyzing the dissemination. Both show that the "classical" literature still provides good analytical tools for research (and maybe even better ones than those provided in more recent research).
