Iran is making tactical moves based on reciprocal assymetry, where they are sanctioned financialy, and cant use modern communications due to it bieng compromised, so they pull the plug, and make a declaration targeting those regional tech assets, which will have an effect, much like a sanction, and bring the stocks down while reducing the tactical potential of those assets bieng used against them.
